Working in tech can feel like running inside a hamster wheel. There's always something new to learn; something that worked fine yesterday is not working today. Everything moves at an overwhelming pace, and it's easy to feel left behind.
There's no easy solution to this. Conexio Academy is our in-house training program. We will pair you with a mentor, share exclusive materials with you and provide you with everything you need to deliver amazing work on a daily basis.
Once we both feel you're ready. We will pair you with a non-profit organization that is using Adobe technologies to make an impact in the society. You'll work with them in short-term projects that can go from 6 to 8 weeks. Hey, some of your first deploys can solve a big problem for an organization that is helping hundreds of people.
Do you want to lead a team? We have training for that.
Do you want to be a technical specialist? Yep, we can do it.
Are you curious about data and analytics? Again, we have a place for you.
Every program has a unique way of being delivered. Sometimes we will give you content you'll need to study by yourself, and sometimes you will have a mentor who will guide you through the whole program. The good thing is that you can count on everyone on the team when things get tricky. We are always here for each other.
